OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Our Management Team consists of Terry Ryan, Realtor® and Broker; Heather Brown Colbert, Realtor® and Agent, Office Manager, Notary Public and Administrative Support; Teri Gauthier, Realtor® and Broker, Office Manager, Notary Public and Administrative Support; Erin Mealey, Agent, Assistant Bookkeeper and Administrative Support; Sally Odell, Realtor® and Agent, Condominium Manager and Notary Public; and Elizabeth Ruiz, Assistant Condominium Manager and Administrative Support.

Terry Ryan - Managing Broker/Rental Agent - Realtor®

Terry holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Rivier College. Terry has an extensive background in financial management, marketing, contract law, contracting and space planning. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Terry is an active member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors serving as Board Treasurer and a member of the Education, Strategic Planning and Non-Dues Revenue Committees. Terry is also a member of the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors and the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce.

Heather Colbert - Property Manager/Rental Agent - Realtor®

Heather has both a Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Bentley University, and a background in accounting, financial management, and small business computer systems. Heather functions as office manager and support person for administration and computer issues. She is also a Notary Public and is currently a member of the Windham-Salem Service Team of Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains.

Teri Gauthier - Property Manager/Rental Agent - Realtor®

Teri graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor's of Education and taught school for several years. Teri joined the Greater Salem Board of Realtors in 1985 and spent many years in Real Estate Sales as a licensed Broker. She then owned and operated an appraisal company and also worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for 5 years before joining Pater Real Estate in 2008.

OUR BOOKKEEPING TEAM

Joseph Peront- Head Bookkeeper

Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Hesser College and has over 15 years of business, accounting and bookkeeping experience. Joseph has an extensive background in technology and is a certified registered tax preparer.

Erin Mealey -Assistant Bookkeeper/ Rental Agent

Erin recently graduated from Keene State College with Bachelor's Degrees in both Communication and Sociology. Erin assists our bookkeeper in processing tenant rents and works with both owners and tenants in all aspects of of property rental and property management.

OUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION TEAM

Sally Odell - Condominium Manager/Rental Agent - Realtor®
Sally has extensive customer service and project management experience and a background in computer databases and specializing in condominium management. She is the primary contact for all condominium association business and is a member of CAI-Community Association Institute and a Notary Public. Sally volunteers at FIRST kit distribution for robotics competition teams and is also actively involved each year in the American Cancer Society Derry and Londonderry Relay for Life event.

Elizabeth Ruiz- Assistant Condominium Manager
Beth has a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Tufts University. She assists with condominium management services, performs fee collections and is the primary contact for all individual unit owner account information.

OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM
Our Maintenance Team consists of Pat Ryan, Maintenance Supervisor; Leif Anderson, Maintenance Coordinator; Washington Almeida, General Maintenance; and Justin Abbotts, Carpenter and General Handyman. Our reliable maintenance team can handle small plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs, as well as, painting, cleaning and lawn maintenance services. We are capable of getting a rental unit ready for occupancy with minimal vacancy and responding to maintenance issues in a professional and timely way.

Pat Ryan - Maintenance Supervisor
Pat has extensive experience in all areas of property maintenance including plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Prior to joining Pater Real Estate Management Company, Pat worked 15 years in building construction for Continental Homes. He is able to handle small maintenance problems as well as large commercial suite construction.

Leif Anderson - Maintenance Coordinator
Leif has a Bachelor's of Science from Ithaca College and experience managing all areas of property maintenance and contract supervision from plumbing and electrical to carpentry and general construction. Leif is our liaison between owners and tenants for routine maintenance and emergency issues. Leif is an effective communicator and keeps property owners informed regarding property maintenance issues and concerns.

Washington Almeida– Maintenance
Washington is able to turn around a rental property after a tenant vacates in record time. Washington is a skilled painter/cleaner and is able to satisfy the most discriminating owners and tenants.

Justin Abbotts– Carpenter
Justin is able to handle all levels of carpentry from window and door replacement to trouble shooting construction problems.
