Pater Real Estate Management Company, Inc.is a locally owned and operated, full service property
management company providing southern New Hampshire with professional
and personalized services tailored to the specific needs of
a property and the goals of the property owner. We provide our
residential and commercial clients with prompt 24 hours on-call
service to address tenant needs. We show properties for rent,
coordinate all appropriate repairs and maintenance, collect
rents, handle security deposits, provide computerized bookkeeping
services, do regular property inspections, and complete all
accounting records.
Our management team consists of Terry Ryan, RealtorŪ and Broker; Pat Ryan, Maintenance Supervisor; Donna Harrington, Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant, Agent and Notary Public; Heather Brown Colbert, RealtorŪ and Agent, Office Manager, Notary Public and Administrative Support; Sally Odell, Property Manager, RealtorŪ and Agent; Jennifer Anderson, Administrative Assistant; and our Maintenance Staff. Together we offer over 40 years of experience in the property management and property maintenance business.
Terry Ryan holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and has a background in financial management, marketing, contracting and space planning. As a licensed real estate broker, Terry is an active member of the Education Committee of the Granite State South Board of Realtors, is a member of the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors and is a member of the Londonderry/ Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
Pat
Ryan has extensive experience in all areas of property maintenance
including plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Prior to coming
to Pater Real Estate Management Pat worked 15 years in building
construction for Continental Homes. Pat is able to handle
small maintenance problems as well as large commercial suite
construction.
Donna Harrington has experience in Administrative Support with an accounting background. She had been an office manager for ten years prior to coming to Pater Real Estate Management.
Heather Brown Colbert is also a licensed agent and RealtorŪ as well as office manager and support person for administration and computers. She has Master's Degree in Business Administration as well as a background in accounting, financial management, and small business computers.
Sally Odell, also a licensed agent and RealtorŪ, specializes in condominium management. She is the primary contact for all condominium business. Sally also has extensive background in computer data bases.
Jennifer Anderson is administrative assistant and condominium specialist. Jennifer, Heather and Sally offer a diversity of experience whether it is computerized tracking of items such as lease termination dates, setting up new customers/ tenants, or assisting with and enforcing rent collection policies.
Our maintenance staff is capable of handling small plumbing and electrical repairs, painting and cleaning. They are capable of getting a rental unit ready for occupancy with a minimum of vacancy time.
